Jenn has been with Conservation Legacy since 2011, taking some time off from the organization to work with other local youth development programs. Upon her return, she re-entered the position of Director of Member & Staff Support with a passion for mentoring and supporting people to succeed. Beyond the Corps, she has been involved with other youth programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Southern Ute Community Action Program, Girl Scouts and other efforts she believes is impactful. In addition to the kids, she enjoys developing her personal leadership skills and has participated in AMEX Leadership University, BGCA Leadership University and our local Leadership La Plata Program through the Durango Chamber of Commerce. She continues giving back these skills as the advisor to the Keystone (high school leadership program) through the Boys & Girls Club. Jenn came to Durango in 2003 from Flagstaff where she graduated from Northern Arizona University. Raised in San Diego, she met the mountains and never went back to sea level; falling in love with mountain biking, snowboarding and trail running. In addition to these hobbies, she is a proud dog-mom.
